GRAMMAR WORKSHOPS

    • Gerund forms

These workshops are designed for those who

    • Have recently completed or are currently training to teach EFL
    • Would like to refresh their knowledge and understanding of structures
    • Are sometimes unsure of aspects of grammar
    • Are worried about answering students’ questions

We aim to take you through the main aspects of the form and usage of key areas of grammar and give you the chance to really get to grips with these elements, increasing your confidence and efficiency in the classroom. To achieve this, we limit our workshops to a maximum of 8 people. They will be held on the following dates:

Workshops can be arranged for individuals at different times.You can also ask for specific areas of interest to be covered in the group sessions. s


GENERAL WORKSHOPS

These are designed for those who wish to increase their efficiency in specific areas to make their lessons more effective.

Example topics:

    • Ideas for activities and materials
    • Younger learners
    • Presentation of language
    • Using DVDs in the classroom
    • Confidence in the classroom.


Workshops will be held at week ends or evenings, lasting approximately 1.5-2 hours.

COMENIUS/GRUNDTVIG COURSE

We provide training for teachers in secondary schools and adult education. Grants are available for those who are from countries participating in the European Lifelong  Learning Programme.
